Where is my order confirmation?
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via support@kindersensebaby.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
Can I change my order?
Unfourtunately, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within two to ten business days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.
Returns
Please contact our customer service team via help@yourstorename.com. Providing the return is within the 30-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item. How does this tent differ from the “Tots in Mind” version that was recalled for safety issues back in 2010?
The main safety flaw with the "Tots in Mind" crib canopy was that it wasn't a full tent, rather a crib cover which was placed on top of the crib rails and tied down to them. It also had a roof which was a crossing rod structure. This posed a danger of the entire canopy collapsing downward, as well as leaving space between the canopy and crib for a child to jam extremities in. This new design however, is a full tent design in which the frame goes down all the way to the bottom of the mattress and leaves no potential open spaces. Also, when tied down properly, it's virtually impossible to collapse it as it pops right back up.
Does this tent have any safety testing done on it?
This tent was tested in accordance with CPSC standards for durable baby products. Although there is no specific safety standard for this porduct at the moment, we are currently working with a world reknowned safety testing agency, to perform voulantary tests on our tents to ensure the highest level of safety.
Which cribs does this tent fit into? Can this fit a mini crib/ pack n play?
Our crib safety tents are designed to fit into standard size cribs and will not fit into mini cribs and playpens. Please see out playpen version designed specifically to fit into mini cribs nd playpens.
Can a baby monitor see through the mesh?
If placed about 24” away from the mesh, the camera should be able to see through the tent.
Do the zippers go to top where child can’t reach them?
They were designed to. The height of the child really will determine that, but we sized the tent with that in mind.
Could this keep a 2 year old from climbing out of his crib? Or is meant more for younger babies that maybe aren’t as strong yet?
It is intended for kids up to 3 years old an can be used even with a “stronger” toddler.
Can you wash this product?
The tent is technically hand washable, but there is no way to remove the fabric from the rod frame. Best idea would be scrub, wash, and dry the tent outdoors, if needed.
Can you change the sheets with it on?

Is the bottom enclosed, or does this fit down the side like a sheet?
The bottom is not enclosed – rather it fits around the mattress and under, similar to a fitted sheet.
