Terrible Shipping AND Customer Service *NO ORDER RECEIVED*

I placed an order for crib tent on January 9 2026 It is now January 24 2026 and my order still has not shipped and still says waiting for details. I’ve contacted customer service a few times and no response. I’m extremely upset and using this as a last ditch effort for someone in the company to see this and reach out to me. I need my order shipped or refunded. Very upset!! Im getting extremely anxious that I lost out on 40 plus dollars, thankfully there having a sale or It would’ve been 50 plus dollars! I feel like I got robbed because I can not reach anyone from the company. This has never happened to me before with any brand. I’m so shocked and upset. I had no issues ordering it from Amazon but they were out of stock so I came here expecting the same smooth delivery, but that didn’t happen. I can’t believe this is happening. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Have not received and 2 day shipped

Have not received after 5 days and paid for the expedited shipping. Reached out twice to customer service and heard nothing back. I plan to return at this point because I have had to buy something else.

Great Product, Poor Customer Service

We ordered a crib tent and paid a premium for overnight shipping. The shipping details were processed promptly but the product was not actually provided to the carrier for more than a week. We tried to contact KinderSense, but the only contact method available (email) has not been functioning. Without any ability to contact the company, I have no way to process a return for the product that we no longer need, as we got a replacement from Amazon in the meantime. The product itself is great but I am very reluctant to do business online with a company I cannot reach and that failed to deliver the product on time despite the extra expense for expedited delivery.

Great Purchase

Our little one had started climbing out of their crib every night, keeping us up and too paranoid to go to sleep. We considered getting them their own bed but they’re too young to start sleeping in an actual bed, and we knew they would never stay in a bed if we got one. I searched and searched and finally found this website with the safety tent and it has helped us SO much since it arrived. I don’t think we’ve ever been more excited for a package to get here!! Our little one adjusted to it pretty quickly, though they were a little mad they could no longer make their big escape. But ever since we got it they’ve been sleeping soundly through the night and we’re no longer afraid to fall asleep, knowing they’re safe in their crib. This was a great save, thank you so much.
