We ordered a crib tent and paid a premium for overnight shipping. The shipping details were processed promptly but the product was not actually provided to the carrier for more than a week. We tried to contact KinderSense, but the only contact method available (email) has not been functioning. Without any ability to contact the company, I have no way to process a return for the product that we no longer need, as we got a replacement from Amazon in the meantime. The product itself is great but I am very reluctant to do business online with a company I cannot reach and that failed to deliver the product on time despite the extra expense for expedited delivery.
